Announcement: Guest lecture by Dr. Robert Ciuchita

Next week, we are pleased to welcome Dr. Robert Ciuchita, Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki (Finland), as a guest at our professorship. Mr. Ciuchita's research and teaching activities focus on service management, service innovation, digital marketing, and customer experience management. His research was published in the Journal of Service Research, the Journal of Interactive Marketing, the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Service Management, and the Journal of the Association for Consumer Research, among others. He currently serves as an Area Editor for the Journal of Business Research and is a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Service Research.

During his stay, joint research projects will be conducted on artificial intelligence in service contexts. In addition, on Thursday, April 27 at 1 p.m. in lecture hall EF50 HS3, Mr. Ciuchita will give a public guest lecture on "Something old, something new: Digital marketing and digital transformation", to which all interested parties are invited.

Mr. Ciuchita's stay is funded by the Gambrinus Fellowship Program of the TU Dortmund University.
