Requirements: - None - It is recommended that participants have attended the module “Innovative Customer Relationship Management (Marketing I).”
Approach: The focus of this module is on conducting a research project on a current topic in the field of marketing AI. The subject-matter and methodological knowledge acquired previously is applied and deepened through a concrete problem statement drawn from marketing research and practice. In the spirit of inquiry-based learning, students go through a complete research process, from defining the research question to data collection and analysis, and finally to the interpretation and presentation of the results. Under supervision, students will apply appropriate methods of quantitative market research. The research project will be carried out in student teams, each of which will examine the topic from a different perspective.
