45th EBES Conference in Budapest
Last week, the 45th EBES Conference took place in Budapest, Hungary. Organized by the Eurasia Business and Economics Society, the conference serves as an interdisciplinary exchange of researchers from business and economic disciplines. This year it celebrated its fifteenth anniversary. Dr. Karen Wesely represented the Professorship of Marketing with a paper on "Misperceptions in Autonomy - An Analysis of Homeowners' Perceptual Biases regarding Fossil-Fueled Heating Systems from an Attributional Perspective". In her presentation, she provided insights into private homeowners' biased perceptions of autonomy in the heating context and examined them from an attribution theory perspective.
